Problem with my uTorrent speed. Empty Problem with my uTorrent speed.

Most of the time I can't get it above 30kb/s, I usually have a speed that's around 750-800kb/s, I started getting this lately on almost every torrent, if anyone had this problem and knows a solution please post here...

It can't be my bandwidth since Youtube videos load perfectly....

You probably need to forward ports,there's a speed guide option in utorrent.
