extremely annoying bug

I have this bug that says im banned from the server very often when im trying to join our server or any others,sometimes it can litteraly take me 20 tries to join a server so if anyone knows how to fix this pls help,thx.

Ive had this bug some times when im restarting my server, it says "Restarting" then it says: You are banned from this server, so i check my ban list and my name isnt there and i just wtf :s

i searched google and it seem like you're not only 1 with that bug....didnt found solution tho :/

it deals with your ping when you mare exiting the server i think............
