It should allow you to go into fullscreen mode, because my ePSXe emulator lets you do it.

It might be because of the emulator's native resolution.......
You probably can't. I would try searching for a new emulator, and you might hit some luck.

Well, my friend is being a **** with my Windows XP CD, and I can't install it on the server yet.
Two weeks from now will definatly see a new server for us.
