I think this mod could go far if u somehow could do so there so would be pedestrians there in single player.

I can help mapping with mta, it has output of .map files but i can convert it to ipl rows and send em to you, btw if there is too many objects why not use a streamer if thats possible, or make a custom ipl file, or edit another one if its possible, cant you put some rows that it LOCATED in vegasN in the vegasS file? that would work i think since the coordinates are put in it, Im just sayin'
