This mod will cover Red country with snow Its easy to install...u just need SAMI http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/San_Andreas_Mod_Installer_SAMI;55091
then extrackt files from archive and open "SnowSan1" or "SnowSan2" as i read in readme SnowSan1 have trees and stuff covered with snow and snowsan2 only ground...however some road bits dont have snow for me :S and map getting a bit unclear...but its not so horrible ^^

This sonic isnt part of mod ^^...anyway...with this mod u can make that will be snowing ..however snow dont appear on ground thats why u need 1st mod xD...ad u can also look for some other mods xD..there is 1 that cover whole map with snow but its kinda total conversion xD
