I've completed this game so if anyone needs a surgery operation tell me

I need an operation on my knee, got shot by an arrow and now I can't adventure any more =/

I'm glad we have so many qualified surgeons in our clan
I heard this game is so realistic it actually counts as a qualification for being a medic, true story.

My friend Victor played this and he left the knife inside and still got a good grade ^^

Not many people know this but having a knife inside your body is actually not at all dangerous. In fact, in some cases it can be very healthy, it adds minerals to your blood or something I think, not sure.

Well, you'll just have to be careful then. personally I think the benefits outweigh the possible risks.

Apparently they made it into a full game and are releasing it on steam lol.
I have to say though, that's the best main menu ever.
