I made a shortcut to some program and I've choose a hotkey but when I press it that doesn't work,anyone had this problem?Also if anyone knows how can I make a shutdown hotkey tell me

I just tried making a hotkey and it worked for me.

I just go to properties of the shortcut then set it in the "shotcut key" option
