I've tried the demos of Dragon's Dogma and Sniper Elite V2 today,very good games,the graphics of Dragon's Dogma actually look better than in the clips,really smooth graphics and frame rate also

No, there shouldn't be any limitations and why would they sue the company? It's their fault if they sit 3 days straight playing a game... It's the same as banning violent games because oh no, kids can see some blood. End of the world! It's not the the job of game companies to look after idiots or irresponsible parents.

I'd say putting a 24 hours limitation wouldn't hurt.

You should be free to anything you want with your life as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. If someone wants to play 24h straight, let them. If anything they could just put a "Hey! You've been playing for 24h straight, how about you eat something already?" message.
