Try running a proxy server, that should work, you can do this with the Stealthy Add-On for Google Chrome ^^

I know some site called youtubeunblocker.com. It really works but it is annoying to always go to the site and enter the url and and and
The problem is, i live in germany. Youtube is extremely limitted in germany. Don't ask me why... i don't know.
