Upgrade or Buy new.

This is gonna sound kinda noobish, but should I upgrade my existing setup (Pentium 4, 1.75gb RAM, ATI Radeon HD 3650, etc..) to a Core 2 Duo (or Quad) with all those other parts, or buy a brand new PC without a good Graphics Card and a reasonably good processor?
NOTE: I only have $300 to spend.

If you want a better PC then ofcourse it's better to upgrade.

Thought about that at first, but most new PC's cost around $300, and that's all I have to spend.

Look if that PC will satisfy you enough and you want to save some money then just buy it.

But I don't want to waste all that money on a PC that might not work as well as this one.

Just stay with the one you got then.

It doesn't support 64 bit, and it's slow now.

Maybe you should defragment the hard drive or clean it up from inside maybe.

How old is your pc btw?

6 years, but it has some of my custom components.

Just buy a new PC then i guess...i don't really understand in hardware so much,sorry.

That's why i just play on PS3,you don't have to upgrade it or anything and it lasts like 10 years.
