Not more. Kye aka Kalcor removed the detection of fake d3d9.dll since 0.3b RC4. (ENB mod need this file too)
I think someone creep on Kalcors ass to allow this s**t... `-´
They must be stupid and allow furthermore the using of cheat mods. I know, without this can't neverone use more normal mods like ENB but it's better than 5000 cheaters on SA:MP...

Sorry for the double-post, but does this fix issues with lag? I read the SA:MP homepage and it didn't say much about it except that it fixes animation lag.
If it does, then I'm upgrading immedietly. xD

I recommend making a backup of the one you had 0.3a with, because some 0.3a servers wont be able to be played with 0.3b clients
