Very nice mod with 10 of the characters from south park and a complete model of south park itself
Also has a few CLEO Missions, but I haven't tried them yet :/

ohhhhhh this mod you were talking about! I've seen it long time ago, it looks ugly :S

Its still fun to play arounf wit south park characters

But its hard to install

Im not the biggest south park fan

the skins are aight but the city itself is kinda crappy

they are a little glitchy but they do look like the real thing

It's a South Park mod...they supposed to be cartoony.
