How to change the start button text (Windows xP)

I was bored with the default start button on Windows XP and decided that I would change it.
First, download ResHack from here
and backup your explorer.exe.
Then under ResHack, go to String Table>37>1033
Where it says "start" is where you can put your custom start button text, just delete the word start without removing the quotes.
Click Compile Script.
Save the File somewhere safe using Save As. (name it something you can remember, like NWA.exe)
Open up regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon.
where it says shell and then explorer.exe, double click and change explorer.exe to the file mentioned above.
Close regedit and either restart or loggoff your account.
And your good to go

How to backup your explorer.exe? I mean you go into WINDOWS folder and backup the file itself or the process?
