Your choice,not everyone has any good concerts going on at his town and some people can't celebrate it with family cause they're working at this time and stuff.

Working at New Year? ^^ If someone makes me work for a holiday i would rather quit

or sleeping... like in my case xD Besides some people work on holidays because they get more money for that

They still have the right for a Year vacation ^^ Every worker has that right no matter his work... That's actually in human rights...

They still GET MONEY like they worked so i dont see the point why they should ^^

No they have the right to take 2 weeks off once a year... You should know the human rights, we study this in school...

Well not everyone want's to go on a vacation just to celebrate the new year ^^ lot of people prefer taking vacations in summer to fly somewhere. ^^

over here you get much more money when you work during holidays then you would get by working during a normal day
