You have translator on "english to japanese", then write something in english, then you copy output that is japanese, then you change translator to "japanese to english" and paste the japanese you copied, then you take english output and put in here

Example:
Hello name is Hannes -> Japanese = こんにちは名前はハンスです
こんにちは名前はハンスです -> English = {Hi name is Hans}

The bracketed part is what to paste :p
