Fixed Clock

Hey, Just sayin that ive fixed the clock for the server, when the server starts the clock is at 0:00 and going up, it wont go forward when you die etc.
All will have the same time (Clock is like single player but wont change if you die etc.)

When the server starts, the clock will be set to 00:00.
Then it will go forward like in single player (With the same speed)
Only difference is that it wont change if you die
